There are two major things that contribute to the cost: The parts of the projections system and the seating. Both are supplied by the homeowner but installed by Improved Space. The ceiling tiles can be black and acoustically geared to absorb more sound. The projection screen can be on a remote control which would be able to drop down to hide a piece of art, or a TV.
