Improved Space does not do waterproofing. Improved Space works with multiple waterproofing companies and understands the entire process. Then normal process is for the homeowner to design the basement understanding where the living space is going to be along with a bathroom, laundry, storage and area where the waterproofing company is going to install the sump pump. Working with the waterproofing company helps with the next phase of the project for the electrical needs of the pumps, the plumbing needs for the bathroom and how to design the closet for the pumps. Its very important to have a company with this knowledge at the beginning before waterproofing.
